Lovely cottage in a beautiful area, so peaceful and so much to do. Such a friendly village  and all those naughty pies! 

We could live here, its so cosy and welcoming. We have had a lovely relaxing weekend walking, horse riding on the beach and visiting Chillingham Castle. I think we would love to come back and do it all again.

Situated in the heart of Bamburgh with its magnificent castle, Mistletoe Cottage makes an excellent base from which to tour the Northumberland Heritage Coastline. Mistletoe Cottage is a beautifully presented, detached holiday cottage, decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout and enjoying the use of a courtyard. It sits at the rear of The Hollies which dates back to the 19th-century and sleeps 8. A few minutes’ walk leads to a wide sandy beach with rolling sand dunes. Visit Seahouses for boat trips to the Farne Islands or Beadnell for a variety of water sports. A short car journey leads to Alnwick, with its wonderful castle and ornamental water gardens. Shop and pub 50 yards.

Ground Floor:  Entrance hall leading to Double/ Twin bedroom (zip & link beds) with French doors to patio and en-suite shower room with toilet. First floor: Light and airy open-plan living/dining room with kitchen area featuring granite work surfaces and Belfast sink.

Cottage features: All Linen, towels and heating are included in the price. The lounge has a flat screen TV, DVD, Radio/CD player and Ipod speakers. There is also a washing machine, tumble drier and hair drier. Externally there is a small courtyard with a dining area and barbeque. And if you prefer to eat out there are a number of pubs and restaurants a short stroll away.
